This is the 2nd year in a row that I have utilized Lucy's Flowers & Design to purchase flowers for the birthday of one of my DEAREST friends. The flowers arrive on time. The arrangements are quite BEAUTIFUL, they smell AMAZING and the arrangements last! I was really fed up with the shoddy arrangements supplied by the well know national brands. I am thankful I decided to give Lucy's a try. I will continue to order from this company whenever possible! They do not disappoint and give great value for your money!
