Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Overview

    • This loyalty program (“Program”) rewards customers for repeat purchases. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). The Program is offered at the sole discretion of the shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and may be changed or terminated at any time.

  2. Enrollment

    • Enrollment is free.

    • Customers are enrolled when they provide an email or phone number at checkout or online.

    • One account per customer

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate to receive points and rewards.

  3. Earning Points

    • Points are earned only on the subtotal of qualifying purchases (before tax, fees, delivery charges, and tips).

    • Points are cumulative and are added once the purchase is completed.

    • Points are not earned on gift card purchases, deposits, or orders paid with rewards.

    • Points have no monetary or cash value outside of the Program.

    • Points currently do not expire; however, we reserve the right to implement an expiration policy with notice.

  4. Redeeming Rewards

    • Points can be redeemed for discounts on future eligible purchases in accordance with the Shop’s active loyalty settings.

    • The rate at which points can be redeemed for rewards (the “conversion rate”) is determined by each Shop and may vary.

    • Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.

    • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to past orders, or used toward taxes, fees, delivery charges, tips, or gift cards.

    • Redemption options may differ between in-store and online purchases.

    • Customers must be logged into their account or identified at checkout to redeem rewards.

  5. Exclusions

    • Points are not earned on taxes, fees, delivery charges, or gift card purchases.

    • Rewards may not be applied to deposits or special orders unless specifically allowed.

    • The shop may set blackout dates (for example, around major holidays).

  6. Refunds & Adjustments

    • If an order is refunded or canceled, points earned from that order will be removed.

    • If a reward was used on a refunded order, the points will be reissued to the account.

  7. Program Changes & Termination

    • The shop may change, suspend, or end the Program at any time.

    • If the Program ends, any unused points will expire immediately.

  8. General

    • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

    • Fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms may result in loss of points or removal from the Program.

    • Terms are subject to change at the shop’s discretion.
